Oppenheimers pledge to boost transformation - SA

South Africa's most powerful family dynasty, the Oppenheimers, have committed themselves to speeding up black economic empowerment and the transformation of the South African economy.

In a historic gathering at the Oppenheimer home in Johannesburg on Tuesday, the family was joined by President Thabo Mbeki to launch the transformation and growth debate to be known as the Brenthurst Initiative.
