9. Rove hasn't done anything criminal under the legal definition.
as far as I can tell. Moraly and ethicly, he's totally corrupt, but not something you go to jail for.

Too bad too! I'm sure a lot of the guys would just love his pudgy little body.

26. You're right, if HE did it!
I hate to admit it, but I think Rove is smarter than that. His fingrprints won't be anywhere near that! It'll turn out to be a staffer for Cheney who may even turn on the VP.....GREAT! But I'd bet Rove will be nowhere around.

7. Scrutinizing Karl Rove's Swede spot

By Alex Beam, Globe Columnist | May 6, 2004

It was MIT meteorologist Edward Lorenz who popularized the theory of the "butterfly effect'' - the notion, integral to so-called chaos theory, that a tiny event such as the flapping of a butterfly's wings in Brazil could trigger a series of occurrences that would unleash a tornado in Texas. Is it possible that a detail as trivial as Karl Rove's ethnicity got us into this bloody war in Iraq?

A sharp-eyed editor noticed this passage in Bob Woodward's new book, "Plan of Attack.'' It purports to explain why Rove, President Bush's top political adviser, disliked Sweden's Hans Blix, the United Nations official whose minions failed to find weapons of mass destruction in Iraq:

"The president knew Rove's attitude toward the Swedes. As the highest ranking Norwegian-American in the White House - and perhaps the only one - Rove was convinced of the historical duplicity of the Swedes, who had invaded Norway in 1814 and ruled the country until 1905.''

So ... is it possible that Rove's misguided irredentism prompted the administration to ignore Blix's statements about the lack of WMD, then invade Iraq, and thus bring death and misery to thousands of Iraqi and American families? This is not a disinterested inquiry, as I have disclosed my pro-Norwegian sympathies, (see "I Married a Norwegian,'' Feb. 16, 1994). Indeed, just last Saturday I was savoring the strains of the lilting folk melody "Sumarnatta '' ("Summer Nights''), sung by a Scandinavian choir in Arlington.

Karl Rove
Christmas baby and evil puppetmaster Rove was born December 25, 1950 in Denver, Colorado. He claims to have been too busy cutting his teeth on politics to show up for war. Now, he professionally exploits war for Republican candidates, encouraging them to sow fear in America, which is (apparently) not the same thing as terrorism.

Ronald Gene Thomas
Ten days earlier, Ronald Gene Thomas was also born in Denver (December 15, 1950). By foolishly showing up for war, he was killed in South Vietnam on July 14, 1969.

Jerry Falwell has a university? OMG! That's just frightening. Karl wouldn't know character if it chained him up like a dog and dragged him around a prison, naked.

19. He's telling his own version of the truth
"America needs people who have "the moral clarity and courage to do what's right, regardless of consequence, fashion or fad," Karl Rove said."

Well, if he took out the word "right" and substituted "whatever the hell you want to do regardless of how many lives you destroy" he'd be telling the truth.

"You either have values ingrained in your heart and soul that will not change with the wind or you don't,'' he said."

And on this one, it's probably the truest words that will ever leave his fat lips. He don't....er, "doesn't."

23. Rove now has a fake degree from a fake University
Just think of how much better he can advise the fake president. Rove actually never got his college degree. Ironically he dropped out of the University of Utah to become the national chair of the college republicans.

After dropping out of the University of Utah in 1971, Karl Rove began his political career with the College Republicans, which he chaired from 1973-1974. For the next few years, he worked in various Republican circles and assisted George H. W. Bush's 1980 presidential campaign.

"Rove also reminded the 2,041 graduates to pay off their credit cards and to never act smarter than their bosses. ``Even if you are,'' he added."

How much has he had to act dumb over the past 4 years? Give that man an Oscar!

Character? The dirty master manipulator and
king of dirty tricks tries to define himself
as worthy of guiding young people toward
good character?

This has to be some kind of joke.
