MSNBC - David Kay - Sarin probably left from Iran-Iraq War

Very old and ineffective. The people who got ahold of it probably did not even know it had anything different from normal explosives in it.

He made it sound like it is not too big a deal.

Sarin gas has a shelf life of five years or so. Anything older than that is harmless goo.

Still, I'll wait for independent (non-US) confirmation of this.
