Halliburton accused of 160 mill in overcharges.
Pentagon Auditors want to withhhold $160,00,000 from Halliburton because it charged for meals to soldiers it never delivered. This is on top of other creative and criminal accounting found by this company formerly run by one Richard Cheney, (who is presently taking a leave of absence from the company while he procures more no bid contracts for his former company).

Hmmm, kickbacks, overcharges for gasoline, charges for nonexistant meals, totalling to almost a quarter billion dollars?

Where is the outrage?

1. Why aren't they fired and/or jailed for this rather than fined money?

Is this somehow less criminal than a bank robbery? And is a bank robber ever given the legal option of simply being fined or having to reimburse the banks they rob?
