BOGOTA, Colombia - A grenade exploded in a small plaza in Medellin on Thursday night, killing at least four people and wounding 15, police said.
The attack occurred in the San Ignacio plaza near the University of Antioquia in Medellin, 155 miles northwest of the capital Bogota.
It was not immediately clear who was responsible for the attack.
Among the wounded, several had parts of their legs severed.
