California county ditches Diebold e-voting

The Board of Supervisors for Solano County, Calif., decided on Tuesday to break with Diebold Election Systems and accept a contract with Election Systems and Software to provide electronic voting machines for the November presidential elections

1. Why the hell can't they just use paper!

I'm across the bridge from valejo and we use paper and pen. It's simple and only a utter moron could fuck it up. I don't see the problem with it!
