Larry Thompson, #2 AG resigns

You, know, he's the African American guy who took over the Enron investigation because of Ashcroft's conflict of interest. Since we're waiting for the statute of limitations to run out on all those pesky investigations, (won't be long now!)Larry is free to go work at Brookings for awhile.
