5. the lie about Mallard case
is he was not stuck in windshield like on the CSI episode, he was fully in the car, under the dash ---mentioned in the testimony, but it didn't matter because it was in the news for months "stuck in the windshield". The media added stuck in the windshield for juror sympathy. they wanted a sure conviction. And the picture of the child that was 15 years old! The things the media do to persuade the public..

3. It's getting to be a fad
In Texas, a woman got fifty years for not only driving with someone stuck on her windsheild, but leaving her car in her garage for a couple of days before getting some friends to help bury him. At least this guy was caught within an hour. The driver was probably too drunk to notice.
