3. criminal charges of official oppression or abuse of official capacity
"Democrats say they are asking prosecutors to consider filing criminal charges of official oppression or abuse of official capacity against their GOP colleagues."

Granted the RW GOP control of the courts makes this moot - but at least they are fighting back.

4. There is no way * can be re-elected by popular vote--
as there isn't a group in America he hasn't seriously hurt or
offended. DeLay has told Rick Perry to "deliver", and Perry
is desperate to do so. If there is some electronic chicanery
being planned for the Presidential race, that's about their

One of Bev's posts states how they use wireless transmission now. I am really worried about Microsoft Access being used to change the totals on the GEMS program. I had Microsoft Access used against me one time. It is extremely powerful and can be encrypted so no one will even be able to tell what happened.
