1) The best way to handle our nation's budget is to...

a) Balance it. Run a small deficit when necessary, pay it off as soon as possible.

b) Cripple the nation's ability to make money while cranking up the spending machine. Run a 500 billion dollar deficit each year, with no end in sight, if this provides tax relief to non-productive, coupon-clipping millionaires rather than working men and women who might actually stimulate the economy by spending the money right now.
