I never thought Science was a "Value". Guess there are no Absolutes (think they ever heard about Absolute Zero?) What about taxes and death? I know they are doing their damnedest to wipe out taxes (for themselves, at least). Will death be far behind?

And, the Center declares, Bush appears to have struck a "sensible balance" in ordering the monitoring of phone calls by Americans who might be involved in terrorist activities.

(Who cares if it's legal or not? Unamerican? Pfft!)

If you are into black humor, this is the place.

Medical schools from which pesky ideas like evolution and natural selection can be excluded, perhaps?

Why stop there? Why not get rid of all the hard bits and let just let GAWD enlighten the Chosen People? No troublesome anatomy or physiology classes - just let the healin' power of JAYZUS cast out all your afflictions!

And then we should give the graduates medical licenses and accredit them, too!!

a bunch of assholes with something like "The American Enterprise Institute" (or some equally misleading name) on there talking in serious tones about the "problems of the day". It is set up to look like some sort of intellectual give-and-take, but it is really nothing more than propaganda spewing forth.

I wish lightning could strike every "think tank", especially the Washington-based ones (is that all of them? I'm not sure.)
