'Flex-Fuel' Concept Fails to Deliver on Potential
Car makers are getting breaks and allowances because they are
making cars that can operate on ethanol. They are allowed to
produce cars that consume more gasoline because they "could"
operate on ethanol, but there are very few distributors of
ethanol in the country, and even more telling, owners of these
vehicles aren't aware they are able to run on ethanol.

1. I considered one a few years ago...
but couldn't find ethanol anywhere close to me. It's easily available in Iowa....
