He was good on his feet with his speech on the political landscape in this country. he was even a little funny we didn't see much of that in 04. he has gotten much much better as a speaker. he's running no question in my mind.if Hillary doesn't run he's the front runner again in my opinion.

4. That's what Sen Kerry said.
Maybe not quite that many times, though.
:-)

He was very good.

3. Mark Warner
We should by trying to get someone nominated that is as progressive as someone like Kerry but can win southern states and cripple the rethug presidential machine. Kerry tried and failed to defeat an unpopular president by a large enough margin such that deibold couldn't steal the election for dubya. I think we should just move on.

5. I think after seeing the disaster that is dimson, people will be
more than ready to flock to anyone with a more peaceful vision regarding war and a more fruitful vision regarding Americans and peace than what they have now.

9. I don't want to take anybody out of the Congress or Senate to run.
For that reason I support people like Al Gore, Gary Hart, Wes Clark, John Edwards, and Mark Warner.

Other than Gore and . Experience and Foreign policy will be a huge factor in 08. Governors may not do well since Bush has screwed up so badly.

I am not a fan of the DLC, but the country is more conservative.

12. Then you need to do better.
Whoever wins the primary wins the primary, and if they're not as "progressive" as you'd like, it is because you and other progressives failed to make the people more progressive.

20. The speech will be on C-Span
Road to the White House tomorrow. I think 6:30 EST.
They'll put it up on their site, but probably just the speech, not the entire event.

21. 1st time shame on you...2nd time, shame on me. Kerry blew it the first
time. He won the debates, he won the popular vote and yet he conceded the election without counting all the votes and challenging the election results and poll discrepancy. No guts in my book, no glory.
