"FREE LIBBY" got a "free" full page ad in the San Diego Union Tribune

"FREE LIBBY" got a "free" full page ad in the San Diego Union Tribune
It was from Hitchens. It was a full page on the back of the opinion section. It had a big photo of Libby and a "FREE SCOOTER LIBBY" sign. I have not lived in San Diego long and this is the first time I have seen such a blatant way to push the right wing agenda in a major newspaper.

Its editorial pages are dominated and controlled by right-wing nutcases like Robert Caldwell, and it has never ever seen a Republican candidate it would not endorse, no matter how criminal they are.

They were always big supporters of Duke Cunningham (even if their own reporting staff were the ones that busted that crooked bastard).

If it can be believed, they were even worse a couple of years ago when they had that bootlicking Bush enabler Joseph Perkins writing for them. If you think Thomas Sowell or Clarence Thomas must have mental issues with being both black and Republican, well Perkins had them both beat.
