My Courant had an Englhardt cartoon of Osammy saying, in six frames...

1) "We want to influence America's election the way we influenced Spain's!"

2) "We want Bush out of the White House!"

3) "But, according to the polls, it's very close."

4) "If we launched a terrorist attack on the American soil, the people would defiantly re-elect Bush!"

5) "So, if there is are no terrorist attacks between now and November..."

6) "You'll know it's us."

Nice confusing message. I wonder why they ran two different toons?

But since it is DU-wide, I feel I can say:
Weren't we just talking about this last week? And didn't we lay out this exact scenario for a tv commercial?
I think more and more mainstream journalists and cartoonists and pundits are tapping into DU's brain trust. And by the way, I applaud that! Anything to get the word out!
