How much of the Katrina Rebuilding funds have been stolen by Banks and holding companies? Shovel ready, they shoveled the money off into Cayman Island accounts?
Funds need to be traced, every last penny, this needs a open investigation ASAP. Not only have they turned there heads on people they have stole the funds to repair, your tax dollars. I would bet my life this bankers have Bamboozled the Funds, They need to be prosecuted.

If not, could you provide a source for your claim? I didn't see anything related to banks stealing Katrina relief/recovery funds in any of the text on Mayor Bishop's site.


If he didn't make that claim, you need to be sure you aren't attributing it to him.
