Senator John F. Kerry Quote ....Presidential...??
(from his radio address today)

"We must rebuild alliances that have been shredded - because an America respected in the world will be an America stronger in the world - and safer here at home.
We are facing an enemy that will stop at nothing. It's time to put away pride and stubbornness. It's time to answer the call to greatness and lead the world. It's time to let America be America again". John F Kerry..May, 29, 2004

2. Will the real America please stand up
The country is divided in its view of what defines the real America. Is America a "good vs evil" or the "lesser of two evils" nation at heart? If Senator Inhofe's view of America is the predominant view, then America is the latter rather than the former. The same goes for Bush, Ashcroff, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Perle, Wolfowitz, and those on a very long list who promote a lesser adherence of principle for the greater good be that principle based on religion or liberty. America use to be a country home to those willing to accept the implied risks in adherence to principles. Now, principles have taken a secondary stance to security. Life over liberty instead of liberty over life. The wanton destruction of the innocent in pursuit of the noble cause over the protection of the innocent as the noble cause in the course now taken. It is in November that the determination of what America stands for will be made. I hope the choice is the correct one.

3. Wonderful Post!
Its time to take back America from what evil occupies our White House.

John Kerry has emerged as the formidable and steady. Calm and thoughtful. Methodical rather than maniacal. Articulate and respectable man who can lead the Nation out of this peril.

The Bush regime is a short-lived force. It's havoc wreaked on the world will not be forgotten, and will be forever written as an occupation of Amercan Government.

The White House is due for a cleaning, an extermination. How did all the vermin end up in george bush's administration?
You know what they say.."Snakes find each other."

History will not be kind to Bush.

4. Let America Be America Again.
One of the most powerful American poems ever written, by black American, Langston Hughes.

<http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article4004.htm>

(snip)
"Sure, call me any ugly name you choose--
The steel of freedom does not stain.
From those who live like leeches on the people's lives,
We must take back our land again,
America!

O, yes,
I say it plain,
America never was America to me,
And yet I swear this oath--
America will be!

Out of the rack and ruin of our gangster death,
The rape and rot of graft, and stealth, and lies,
We, the people, must redeem
The land, the mines, the plants, the rivers.
The mountains and the endless plain--
All, all the stretch of these great green states--
And make America again!"

5. In a few words
he has encapsulated a lot of what is poster here. I trust the content of the meaning of the real America is more deeply known here than in many other quarters- in its contrast to the Bush fraud.

6. At least Kerry can write
his own speeches and discuss anything asked of him, unlike the chimp who hasn't a clue and has an earpiece to hear what's being told to him to say..Wouldn't it be interesting if someone who has the knowledge to cut in on the transmission of one of his so-called speeches and have him telling the truth about who they really are and what they've done to the people!?
