OK, admittedly speculation, BUT
Edited on Tue Jun-22-04 08:03 PM by Mobius
what are the odds the CIA is beheading people to get support for the war? It just seems too easy. It seems fishy. Would they really be that stupid (terrorists), as to do something that only makes the US angrier? They are having enough success, fending off the US, as it is. What are your thoughts on this?

4. Don't know about Johnson
But there are alot of serious questions about the Berg video. Both Asia and Australia newspapers had interviews with Doctors that said there wasn't nearly enough blood in the Berg video for him to have been beheaded alive. There is also the question of the orange jumpsuit, the odd dress of the "terrorists" the white Wal-Mart chair,(every righty denounced the chair by saying "well even I have one of those" yes I'm sure you do but there aren't too many freakin Wal-Marts in Iraq. There was also some rumour that Kodak experts examined both the Berg and Abu Grahib videos and found the same watermark on both tapes. Meaning they were both shot with the same camera. Nothing concrete but there are enough questions to make me wonder.. I wouldn't put anything past the CIA Black Ops division...

3. Doubtful, but
I do think that there are players in the ME that are quite sympathetic to a Bush administration and are having these executions done to support Bush's re-election.

Oil makes for very strange bedfellows. Just ask the bin-Laden family.

5. Doubt that. Here's one, though...
If Al-Quaeda is behind the beheadings, what makes anyone certain that the Bushies aren't ordering them, anyway? Osama's family does, after all, have strong ties to the Bush family. Sure, they insist that Osama is the "black sheep", and that none of the other members of his family support his actions; the Bush family and the Administration assert this as well. But come on...do we really believe that?

Not saying I believe this idea, myself, but it's food for thought.
