Thus was the statement by an NPR commentator this morning on my drive in to work. We should be seeing a full audio of this piece here...

2. It may not run @ 8:00.

I think it was one of thier commentary pieces, and as far as I've been able to figure out there isn't a set schedule for when they air. You can get them off the website usually. Most of them end up getting posted there within a couple of days.
