Newt Gingrich: The Bad Republican Joke

We thought that we had finished with a man that was one of the most hated figures in American politics in recent history.

What do you think of the expected announcement of Newt Gingrich’s candidacy for president, which Lorraine talked about this morning in the news?

Honestly, that the Republicans have fallen pretty low and it is always possible to reinvent yourself on that side of the Atlantic.

In fact, we thought that we had finished with a man that was one of the most hated figures in American politics in recent history.

It was Gingrich who was the architect of the Republican wave that stormed Congress in 1994, after the first two years of Bill Clinton’s term in office. In a few months, however, the speaker of the House of Representatives had managed to turn everyone against him, even in the Republican camp.

A radical hard liner holding a discourse almost too far right, Gingrich was the sole architect of the government deadlock the two following years, in 1995 and 1996. His famous “Contract for America,” which mainly focused on minimizing the role of the federal government, was a crushing failure.

1. When he said President Obama had a machine.

He revealed that he knew what machines were.

As I said when I started posting, I been posting all this stuff becuase people been using it to dominate in secret. I figure people should know what is being done.

So they can both defeat delusions, and know that some people are irrational becuase they are in delusion.

And I figure he is running as noise, and is actually more of a centrist and does not want to nor expect to win. So not actually commenting on him.

Side note, I like to post stuff that is just music and story, that has many great thoughts as I see them. There are other things some do that gets them to follow paths, or justify actions, that are part of the supernatural, and some use that to dominate other, I think that is wrong, and think the singing stuff is not of that form, but more about sharing peoples talents.

I think inspiring things, or finding inspiration with thought and feeling is great. I don't post most of the stuff that is harder to find the good stuff in.

3. Gingrich actually became a Catholic
in hopes of tapping into the "Reagan Democrat" vote.

Based on his "Obama is anti-colonialist." statement alone he should be relegated to the column of also-rans. There are so many bad Newt quotes to pick from.
