So anytime they can find a good example a woman who shouldn't be in office, that's who they'll promote.

3. I'd like to agree, but...
New York State doesn't have non-partisan redistricting, and we're scheduled to lose two seats. Add to that, a new law restore the "residence" of incarcerated prisoners (many prisons are upstate) to their last residence before the conviction, which in many case in New York City. Thus, Thus upstate region (particularly the Western tier) is due to lose at least one and possible two seats. Given a Republican Senate and Democratic Assembly, its likely that a deal will be cut to drop one Republican and one Democrat, and Kathy is unfortunately on the bottom of the totem pole unless someone's willing to retire.

I certainly wish her the very best in Congress, and in representing the 26th better than they've had it for a long, LONG time.
