I think that Street will have a difficult time. I have talked to Center City Democrats who feel that Street has destroyed the momentum Philly was building as a major city. Also, Street, recently said something like: The brothers and sisters are running this city now. It got a lot of air-time here--it could hurt him in other areas of the city.
