I don't know if this has been posted already (can't use the search function for the boards) and it was today in local newspaper here (Germany) together with more stuff about Guantanamo Bay, Patriot Act etc.. I googled up more stuff on this:
Gorman is a grad student at GMU working on the final steps to his degree. All the information he used to compile the dissertation was public, but the federal government feels the work should not be published for a potential breach of national security. The government's concerns are warranted.
