I can't believe that some people still feel this way.
Why the Stir?
We did not go to war with Iraq because it was close to building an atomic bomb or even because of weapons of mass destruction. So why the stir about President George W. Bush's 16 words? We went to war because Iraq violated 17 United Nations resolutions, yet the UN lacked the backbone to respond.
Because of the unmentionable acts of atrocity that Saddam Hussein had undertaken against other nations and his own people. Because Iraq had repeatedly violated accords ending the previous Gulf War. Because Iraq harbored terrorists. Let us see this stir about the 16 words for what it is: a cheap attempt to discredit President Bush.

The words in bold are the words that bother me the most. It just goes to show that the BFEE was successful with the lie tying Iraq to terrorism.
and rebut the writer's falacies. I take it upon myself to do this quite often (as often as they'll print it). Don't let crap like this go unchallenged.
