card payments, I got harrased by someone calling from India who had taken some other American's job.

6. I did a quick check on CNN's list of companies that outsource.

All my credit card companies except Capital One outsourced. And all but Capital One were charging between 18-28% interest when the prime is at 1%. I'm not paying either now that I'm unemployed - again.

7. Capital One outsources, that's the one that called me from India

I made a payment via the internet and thought I was paid on time and no problem. Then a week later a woman from India calls and says I am $170 over limit! I freaked, how could that be? She says my payment was kicked back from the bank because I got my account number wrong. Well after it got kicked back, along comes Dish network payment which sends it over limit. So I get charged $29 for having a payment sent back, $29 for being late, $29 for being over limit. All because I made a typo!

I have gotten 3 more calls from India on this matter and I refuse to talk to them.

8. I put mine in a group that pays for me. It is cash for me.

I am going to really save paying them off that way. I kept a very small one for the PC. If they are really unsafe on line it will be for only 500.
