Panel of 4: Robin WRIGHT said "These are tough times for (Shrub)."
Andrea MITCHELL sounded down. Only Gloria BORGER, U.S.News, said there was "good news" for Shrub. Dana PRIEST said the (WMD?) related issues were NOT going away. Uh, oh, Poll saying 56% of criticism of Shrub is "playing politics" that 30% say the criticism IS legit.

1. WRIGHT: Can't Afford Intervention ANYWHERE for 18 Months
in the LA Times: 1- Military is stretched so thin, can't take it.

2- Shrub's credibility is so strained over WMD, can't go on to new adventure without proving the previous one.

3- Public is stressed out.
