is this correct... campaigns can spend from their primary campaign resources until their convention. after the convention, they spend from the 45 million in federal funding?
if this is correct, why in the hell did we schedule our convention for july? bush can continue to spend from his primary fund until their convention in september.
we have to divide 45 mil by 4 months for 11.25 mil a month while the pubbies divide 45 mil by two months or 22.5 mil a month?
is this correct? will they have twice as much to spend per month because our convention is so early?????
