Busboy's "tax increases would only create jobs at the IRS" quip in Ohio:

Budget for IRS in fiscal year 2001 increased full time equivalents (FTE's) from 97,605 (2000) to 100,133 (2001). May be a minor point, but that's a staff increase....

It worked the last time we raised taxes in order to create jobs (Clinton,) and the time before (FDR.) Worked really well under FDR.
