BBV - Lou Dobbs (03/10/04) - 'Face Off' on e-voting
Edited on Wed Mar-10-04 06:29 PM by Wonk
Wednesday, March 10, 2004
Will electronic voting make the 2004 presidential election more accurate, or will it create far more problems with the voting system in the United States. Rebecca Mercuri, research fellow at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, and Mark Radke, director of marketing at Diebold Election Systems, debate the issue.

5. Part one (which just finished) was a brief history of e-voting problems.
Part two, the debate, is on now.

8. Why is there any discussion against a paper trail...
to argue against it is futile, and just shows what lengths these people will go to steal a vote.

To me, it is simpl;e, put printed ballots out, and use them for verification purposes. How can anyone argue against that and be honest?

:grr:
