Inspired By Other Posts - Glimmers of Hope in Donations
After reading threads about fundrace.org, like a lemming, I had to go check it out. First, my own neighborhood, which confirmed what the bumperstickers told me: Lots of Dean supporters. Then my mom's KC, MO neighborhood - nothing surprising; lots of Gephardt supporters and a few Busholes. Then my brother's. My brother lives on Johnson County, KS, which is one of the richest counties in the nation, and usually Reublican. Not this time. His neighbors have been donating overwhelmingly to Dem candidates. Yes, there were the expected max Bush donators, but most gave to Dems. I know the data is only up to Dec 2003, but I still feel good about this!
