1. I'm just wondering what Pickles meant by campaigning in 1978
in a Chevy Cutlass? I thought a Cutlass was an Oldsmobile, at least mine was.

2. It used to be an Oldsmobile Cutlass
http://home.earthlink.net/~docs-junk/1978oldsmobile.htm

But now that LB has called it a Chevy Cutlass, the Ministry of Truth will have to erase all references to the Oldsmobile Cutlass.

5. Oh yeah..welcome to amerika...
There were a few voices both inside and outside the convention center to counter the support Bush received. A half-dozen anti-Bush college students were escorted from the hall before the president arrived despite holding tickets for the event and three more people were forced out after chanting "No more Bush" as the president made his way across the stage. About 80 protesters demonstrated outside, many gripping red balloons pointing out the expanding national debt under Bush's watch

Reminds me of a raygun rally I went to in the 80's at OSU. There were maybe 30 of us in this huge arena, and everytime we raised our voices, the band started playing...not to mention being spit on by the loyal frat boys in the upper rows....

6. Looked like Nuremberg when Hitler road in.
From the pictures I have seen and in fact I knew a man that was in the Hitler Youth and went to them.He talked about it, the dim lights and the whole show. May God save us.
