This editorial is from the Journal of Organic Chemistry. One of the leading scientific journals on the subject in the world. Unfortunately, in spite of the Constitution, they are not allowed to publish any articles (peer reviews, comments, etc.) from Iran, Iraq, Libya, Cuba, and North Korea. So far they have been unable to publish two articles that should have been.
