Why Bush 1 is ultimately responsible for the first WTC bombing..

The first WTC bombing took place in Feb. 1993, just ONE month after Clinton took office. How can BigDog be blamed for this? Did Poppy warn him, like Clinton warned Bush*?

WTC1 was the fault of Poppy Bush. Either he was negligent and ignored the Al-Qaeda threat, or he LIHOPed. Just like Junior. He did NOT warn Clinton, as he should have. Vindictive Poppy LIHOPed to make sure that Clinton would take the blame before he could develop an anti-terrorist program.

Remember, Clinton warned Bush* about Al Qaeda. He told Bush* that Al Qaeda was going to be his number one problem. And Bush* did nothing. He LIHOPed.

This is my belief. We know now that Poppy wanted to destroy Clinton's presidency from Day One. Seems very plausible to me that this is one way to do it.

The repukes go on and on about how Chimpy was in office "only 9 months" when 9/11 happened. Well Clinton was in office 1 month when the first WTC bomb occurred.

They really saddled Clinton with a lot of shit.

Remember that Poppy also sent US troops into somalia in December 1992, AFTER the election but before Clinton took office. I believe it was a set up ,that they knew it would turn into a disaster but they wanted to sabotage Clinton in any way they could.

After seeing what the current regime is doing, I believe that even more strongly.

Ive never heard that bit of evidence before today and thats not good. Maybe I missed it or maybe I wasnt paying attention when I should have--who knows what but I sure could have used that in earlier debates. Only a month afterwards but they never mention that , just the fact that it was on Clintons watch. We need a good place to tune up for debates. I find DU very helpful in that regard.

And OK City bombing in what April? He was left with a mess in Haiti, Somalia and Bosnia by the first Bush. Did he ever complain or whine? Boy do I miss Bill. I love him more now than when he was Prez.

It happened on his watch, he took the heat, took out the ones responsible, and pressed on with the business of upholding his sworn duties.

Man, remember when Presidents used to act like that? It seems like a gazillion years ago!

A hell of a lot more people died at Waco and OKC than the WTC-1 bombing. Is there any way we can blame these on Bush one or even Reagan? It would sure help to defeat Bush-2.

Clinton inherited Somalia and Waco. He handled Somalia. Waco was under siege when he arrived, the FBI, who hated Clinton, lied to Reno about children being abused, lied about non-flammable gas use, then attacked and destroyed evidence of who shot first. The front steel doors disappeared into thin air. An underground of cynics have videos stored in closets all over the country.

Still thinking Bush wanted Iraq to attack Kuwait, Kuwait angle drilling into Iraq oil. Bush admin sent an uncoded message to US embassy that they knew that Saddam knew he could read that said US didn't care about "border disputes." Saddam then attacked.

Either an uncoded PNAC or just greedy weapon tradring wanted Saddam to attack, but, Bush I lost in a strange election when Ross Perot, working in other parts of the ME thought Bush I was bad for business and Clinton broke up the fighting and dried up the arms race while the oil still flowed. The Fundamental Muslims were mad at America having been there. They didn't think it mattered who was president. Soldiers had defiled their lands.

Note that OBL was accepted in Afghanistan in part because after Afghanis ran Russian military back home, Reagan refused to give Afghanistan money to rebuild. Had we, the problem would have looked more like post WWII Europe did in 1950. A quaint tourism stop. Instead that land became a cheap well located training ground for very very angry Muslims funded by OBL family money earned from essential building residuals essentially from our lack of oil conservation, CAFE, and alternative renewable energy sources.

The OKC bombing was done by a right-wing nut that was so right wing he scared hard-core right wingers. Cannot blame Clinton that one of their own thought the ATF was too liberal.
