"another brick in the wall" around the whitehouse
more good news today.i was driving thru the pumping oil fields of south central illinios listening to bob brinker-<http://www.bobbrinker.com>. bob was talking about the clarke`s book , o`neil`s book, and he started putting two and two together with clintons statements about his meeting with bush and then the hammer came down! bob said (basically) the president lied about iraq - bob couldn`t believe he was lied to and that he didn`t see it.. if you have ever listened to bob you`d know what a blow to the republican party this is--then he started ripping on corp exec's. who send there companies overseas and get huge bonus money. bob was ripping today, although he believes out sourcing is inevitable there needs to be programs to rebuild our job base-not kerry`s 10 million but a realistic plan..
and the oil fields of central illinios keep pumping.........

2. after reading this topic, and the one about jumping ship,
I googled the phrase "Republicans Against Bush" and got 3,370 hits, including a MeetUp group! I'm feeling all warm and fuzzy now!:-)

4. Don't feel warm and fuzzy...

Remember, although there is absolutely no rational explanation for it, and no one is calling the media whores on it, Bush's "approval" rating is still 50%. Even tonight on ABC, they reported on a new poll and Bush's big drop in the way he is handling Iraq...but that his "approval" rating remains at 50%.

I've said it before, and it my mantra until 11-02-04...The 50% approval number is the lie which Diebold/Bush will use to steal the un-paper-trailed election. Christ, can't you almost hear McClellan smugly standing at the podium saying "Well, while it's too bad we can't recount the ballots, it is certainly clear that all poll showed a 50% approval rating for the President, leading right up to the election. Obviously, given the margin of error of such poll, Bush must have simply garnered more votes! Oh well...whatcha gonna do about it?"

This is probably one of the most important things we should be writing our newspapers and the news shows about...that we are on to them. Look at ALL the polling data...every single demographic except white Christian republican males have turned on Bush. Yet, somehow, he ALWAYS still has an aggregate "approval" rating of 50%. Apparently, we are to believe everyone in America hates Bush, but still half "approve" of the job he is doing.

Again, Diebold/Bush are counting on a 50% "approval" number to hopelessly muddy the election results. I don't buy it for a second, and neither should you.

5. That's why we've GOT to have exit polling on Nov. 2!
Correct me if my memory is faulty about this, but didn't the people who did exit polling in the Nov. 2000 election announce that they're not going to do it this year? We've GOT to be sure that SOMEBODY does exit polling this year. Obviously, exit polling is the most accurate kind there is, because you're polling actual voters at the same time that they cast their votes. This means that if the voting machines are rigged, WE'LL KNOW ABOUT IT and will be able to prove it statistically with good exit polling data.

We let them get away with rigging and stealing the 2000 election. We can't let them get away with it again.

3. I'm finding some cracks too!
My step dad, (a loyal Bush supporter) said to me "you know that Richard Clarke would make a better president then all of them"!

I was in complete shock, not that he was endorsing Kerry, but this was way beyond anything I've heard him say against the Pres.

Also, Earlier today, at my Uncles house, they were giving me the party denial line, 'Oh why the book now bullsh*t'. And I calmly explained the reason and they just shut up! Then later we talked about the war on terror and I got my Uncle to admit that the war in Iraq was probably not a good idea.

If they are having doubts there is hope, and they are Loyal Repugs!
