Is Bush* a Coward?
Why can he not testify by himself? What is he afraid of? I have come to the conclusion that he is a coward and unless he demonstrates by being his own man and testifying all by his lonesome then the only conclusion that can be drawn is he is afraid. Anyone think of any other reason except fear that he needs Cheney to hold his hand? Bush* is a Coward.

1. Yes
He's a spoiled little prick. Mean and selfish. He's the sort of person most people would cross the street to avoid talking to, if only they saw what he was really like.

2. When they deposed Clinton for his sexual exploits
he could have easily said "fuck off traitors" because no one has ever deposed a sitting US president and it was such a stupid cause.

He is called the "Big Dog" for a reason.

Bush on the other hand is the saddest and most pathetic type of pussy, one who thinks bullying others is courageous. Blasting the hell out of a small starving nation that owns only three airplanes is not courage. Especially when you later brag about acheiving "air superiority".

3. Of course he's a coward
He's a cowardly psychopath. Or I guess sociopath is the correct terminology?

But personally I think the reason that he won't is because he thinks that God installed him into office and therefore he's above any law. Which makes him a delusional moran too.

5. They all know he can't handle this alone.
He has to have Cheyney there with him. Come on, we all know he uses an earbug or teleprompter with Rove or Cheyney at the other end. Leaving him on his own is way too dangerous. Who know's what he might say. With Cheyney there giving him the nod if he's not going in the right direction is the only way to make sure he doesn't goof up.

6. But isn't there some precedent ...
... that the Prez & VP aren't supposed to be together in the same place at the same time? What if a terrorist hears about this?

10. no such precedent
they avoid taking the same AIRPLANE, but that's a very specific issue. even senior executives of major corporations avoid sharing plane trips.

the prez and veep are often together, e.g., anytime the prez makes a speech before congress, such as the sotu address. less publicly, they can, should, and do take many meetings together.

7. No
He's an idiot. Coward is someone who gives into his fears. Bush is just a flat out idiot. Cheney, Halliburton, Condi, Ashcroft, etc. All of them are cowards because they all know they're lying. Bush is a blasted fool.

9. AWOL? and now Stonewall? Hell yes he's a coward
He hides behind women, his mother, his wife, Condi, he's no better than Saddam if you ask me. Now he can't handle criticism and he wants to have the same laws of the Taliban...why not call him Bushiban. He can call gays sinners but he can't take it when American's mock his stupidity. He is not loved by his people, he's not respected and mostly he's never been voted in as a leader by the people. We can't wait until November, in fact...I'll celebrate by getting a big fat loan to jump start the economy! But I'm not spending a dime that I don't have to until this regime is OUT.

11. Absolutely
cow·ard  n. One who shows ignoble fear in the face of danger or pain.

-He hid from service in Viet Nam, using his daddy's ties to protect his candy-ass.

-He hid on 9/11/01, going down the rabbit hole to "get out of harm's way."

-He hid when 65-year-old SH challenged him to a duel man-to-man. Instead, he sent women to die for him and ordered his protectors to kill thousands of innocent human beings to avenge his daddy.

He isn't worth the blood in his veins. Other people's blood is on his hands for eternity. How can such a "man" even sleep at night?

Damn him and all his enablers.

12. No way
in a tribute to the soldiers in Iraq, Bush gave up sweets - that takes a lot of courage.

14. This doesn't show cowardice...this actually shows some brains.
Don't laugh! Hear me out.

I mean c'mon, if you were as dumb as Georgie, wouldn't you want Tricky Dick Cheney there to hold yer hand?

But, he has been cowardly about many things. His efforts to avoid combat in Vietnam weren't done out of protest, or a sense of right or wrong...he was skeered.

So yeah, he's a pussy.

15. George W. Bush is afraid of himself.
He combats his lifelong feelings of inadequacy, through the greedy pursuit of wealth and power--in order to live the illusion of self-importance. He is a spiteful, insecure man-child who will always revert to what has "worked" in the past. After all, he is an addict. And addicts are very good at hiding:

He has abused drugs and alcohol in an attempt to hide from himself.

He uses the flag to hide his deluded agenda.

He hides in the shawdows cast from his father's cronies.

He hides behind Jesus.

The element of fear that he and his administration use so deftly to manipulate the American public is hardly unfamiliar to the lot of them.
They live it each moment of their lives and, simply project it unto the masses.

Yes, George Walker Bush is a coward.
And I pity him.

16. Yes, when compared to the Big Dog Clinton
Bill at least admitted to the minor charge of having sex in the White House at the risk of the wrath of Hillary while bush only has raped America of all its freedoms.

Which is worse?
