Here's the message I received when I asked:

7 holds on First Copy Returned
4 copies ordered for Nonfiction on 03-26-2004.

Hey at least they ordered more copies to meet the demand.

1. I'm 4 of 164 holds!
Ordered it a week before release. They supposedly bought 32 copies and haven't prepared them for release yet!

2. Went to a local Borders today
and it was completely sold out. Haven't checked any local libraries yet, but my sister is a supervisor at a local library so... nah, that wouldn't be honest.
