Stephen Hadley. Has he testified about "battle stations?"
He's Condi's deputy. If not, I'm sure the WH doesn't want him to. On 60 Minutes, during the Clarke interview, he was asked about the Clinton administration being at "battle stations" during 2000 when Clarke said they stopped the guy coming in from Canada to blow up LAX. Hadley replied that we (the Bush administration) was at battle stations during the summer of 2001 when there was all that "chatter" going on.

1. Oh, at battle stations...
...or in front of a video game screen? These are the kinds of claims that must be examined by the commission under oath. George W Bush was on an extended vacation on his ranch during that time. So if there were battle stations engaged, where was the Commander in Chief?
