For those having trouble getting an audio stream from Air America

I found streaming links to two of the radio stations which are supposed to be broadcasting Air America - I haven't tested them, but there are "Listen Live" links on these pages:

KPOJ 620 AM (Oregon)

KCAA 1050 (California)
http://www.kcaa.homestead.com/

22. Yes, they have a Java Server problem.
That's affecting both the live feed and registration.

9. Tried both links............
Got nothing on the one from California. Did get the link to Oregon, but it's not the link to Frankin, it's music.....from my era! They;re playing "Johnny You're Too Young" right now. I don't think my kids even heard that one!!!

Maybe Al's not coming on till later. I think I heard somewhere that they won't begin broadcasting until noon today. No, I don't know if that's EST or not.

And they are doing a great job so far. The new web site rocks. Yesterday they played only oldies, today they have taken a step into the future.

It is all music to my ears. As long as there is progressive talk on, I'm listening! It's just refreshing after the blanket of RW drone.

I think Al Franken did a fantastic job and I appreciate his shout out for public schools. GOOD FOR HIM! Instead of narrowly focusing on his entertainment factor, maybe we should remember the bigger picture: un-monopolizing the right wing stranglehold on media.

AA is the first step. There will be many more to come. I'm excited and proud. It is time to turn off the TV.
