Mitt Romney and Alan Dershowitz are republican filth

Yesterday Willaim Bulger stepped down as president of UMass.
His resignation was percipitaded by the scumbag republican governor of MA, Mitt Romney. Along with another notorious coward, Alan Dershowitz(Who used to be a hero of mine, before I found out he was a racist, who hates Irish, Italians, and Palestinians.)

However Mitt and Alan, will soon find out what happens when you take on the Irish-American democratic powerhouse of Boston. Come next election, the Irish Dems of Boston, will ensure that Dershowitz is disgraced, and that Romney is out on his ass where he belongs.

I am no fan of Billy Bulger, but it is disgraceful the way Romney went after Bulger, who by all accounts was very effective at UMASS.

Where do you get your info on Dershowitz? I certainly liked his book about how the election was stolen. I think he's a Dem not a Repuke, by the way.

I'm sad to see Bulger go, he was doing ok as far as I can tell, esp. considering the massive cuts on UMASS Amherst. That is my future school, and I'm concerned about how many more of the programs will have to be cut.

I despise Mitt. He is a filthy piece of something that rhymes with "Mitt". He is just another Republican who trys to look like he cares about people, then gets into office and rapes the poor. "Look at me, I'm Mitt Romney, I won't raise taxes to solve our fiscal problems". HOW ABOUT NOT INSTITUTING THE BIGGEST FEE RAISES IN RECENT MEMORY YOU IDIOT! I can't believe that people are letting him getting away with raising fees on just about everything just so he can avoid the term "raising taxes". He is taxing the working poor on all these fees, all these regressive taxes, and he is taking the burden off the rich and placing it squarely on the shoulders of those who can't afford it. Romney is a damn joker, if he is trying to use the governorship as a springboard to DC, he can rot in hell. Sorry for the rant:)

The guy has done more to hurt Mass that our previous three Republican governors combined. As for Bulger, I did not like the man when he was Senate president, but he should not be forced to resign because his older brother is a mobster. The guy has done nothing to protect him and has had little contact with him in 30 years.

If you're referring to Dershowitz, I have no beef with him. My problem is with Mr. Mitt, who's demolishing our state services & schools at an unprecedented rate.

From here it looks like he was being punished for being related to his brother and not for anything he did himself.

Essentially, Bulger was pressured to quit because his older brother, Whitey, is an on-the-run gangster, and the powers-that-be (ie Mitt) don't like that association (more like they don't like Bulger, period).
