Green Party DID NOT Endorse Kucinich
The Arizona Green Party has not, nor do we intend to, endorse any Democratic candidate for President (including Kucininch). Whoever posted the previous message to this board is spreading misinformation. We also have no intention of encouraging our members to register as Democrats. In fact, we are actively recruiting new Green Party registrations all over Arizona.

Treasurer, Arizona Green Party

2. Its ridiculous...
If the Greens came out and endorsed this man they could not only help return the Democratic party to its origins like they always want to, but would have one hell of a shot at the presidency.

I'm not tough on Greens usually but by not supporting Dennis I think it makes ya'll look very hypocritical.

4. You have to remember that..
Greens don't see themselves as disgruntled Dems. YOU see us that way.

If you understood the Green Platform, you'd realize that it has nothing in common with the Dem platform.

Would you endorse a Republican candidate just becuase he says the right things?

Why the fuck not! Are they an opposition party too. You heard the dude up above... The Greens have nothing to do with the Democrats and they want to beat the Dems just as bad as the repukes!

Fuck the whiny little Greens!

Their strategy is debatable, but the benefit of their viewpoint to this board is indisputable.

6. Who said they did?
I might have missed the thread, but the only tale I heard was that Nader thought Kucinich was a good choice for Democrats, and that Kucinich wants to try to appeal to Greens.

25. yep
having known many Green party organizers in my lifetime, I think their hearts are in the rights place, and their heads in the clouds.

They will never amount to more than a spoiler party - but so far they can't even get that right.

16. This is bizarre
So I went and found the origanal post. Here it is:

The Arizona Green Party has decided to ENDORSE DENNIS KUCINICH!

( a friend of mine, out in Arizona who is the ((editing to protect the innocent)), just called me)

EVERY GREEN PARTY member of Arizona, all 40,000+ of them are going to register DEMOCRAT for the election!

THIS IS THE BIGGEST WAVE of progressives to flood the Democratic Party since the 1970s!

wooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!

Maybe you could shed some light? Was it pure disinformation? I know the California Green Party is still undecided but extremely supportive of him.

20. Maybe you didn't but Nader (On NPR) said that he was...
..."Watching what DK does" before making a decision.

It was bordering on an endorsement from Nader.

Yes, I know, he doesn't speak for all Greens.

But sadly most Americans would say he does.

Sorry.

26. Nader would not run if DK were the Dem nom
Ralph Nader knows that won't happen, so...

He can be political and support Kucinich, but Nader knows better than anyone that Kucinich might as well already be in the Green party. He won't get close to the ticket as a Democrat.

24. My Once Nader-Supporting Neighbors Now Support Kucinich
They did have "Nader 2000" bumper stickers on all of their cars for the past 4 years, but just a couple of weeks ago they took of all the Nader stickers and replaced them with Kucinich stickers.
