But Bush is as much of a terrorist as all the people he's fingering and pointing. And on a larger scale because he's got much more powerful weapons. And on an even larger scale because his rampaging has caused the deaths of far more innocent people than anything any terrorist has done against the US.

And you're right about Osama. Bush hasn't cared about him since he helped Osama's family leave the US shortly after 9/11. On March 22 2002 he even said Osama wasn't a concern.

As to the reasons, I've been wondering why the Bushies talk about it so much. It has to be for domestic political reasons, I think. What good does it do the troops looking for Saddam to have Bush say "We're hot on his trail" in a press conference? What good does it do anyone for that matter?
