4. I don't think "suck" is profanity per se...

you might have to star it out... as in s**k.

perhaps you could also star out the last letter as well (s***) but that might get confused with the other word that begins with S.

is the five-sentence rule for everything or just the original post?

I don't understand the big hissy over this. The new TEMPORARY rules only encourage people to put some effort into initiating a discussion.

I sorta understand the objective. Sometimes there are so many dupes and silly frivolus threads that the more thoughtful issues, which require some attention--(or even the controversial ones, that people are uncomfortable about focusing on or can answer easily), sink like a stone.
