The media is not representing his speech well, saying it's pretty much just what Bush is saying (hello?!) and pulling out anything that sounds like it could be controversial enough to make a little story ("mission accomplished," for example).
never go apeshit, I'm not a flame type of guy :) I agree bush* spending millions had been working but I also believe that a fire is going to be lit and I think Kerry took the first step today in lighting that fire. Change is a comin' muh brutha's and sista's.
know anyones age here but I was in elementary school and remember Kennedy speaking and later Bobby K. As a kid I watched in awe at their power with words. If Kerry had the right managers he could almost that good. All it takes is passion.
11. Is there a transcript available? Unfortunately there was
a bank robbery where the police shot and killed the bank robber here in St Louis so Kerry's appearance at Westminster got little coverage on the highest rated 6PM news (KSDK Channel 5). Of course they had time to cover his fund raiser.
