7. What is the cost, anyway?
Financially speaking?

That 87 billion dollars was from a year ago, when everything was a "cake walk" and we'd have a democratic Iraq by June 10th, and Iraqi oil would be flowing anyway. And it was an optimistic figure anyway.

What's it all going to cost now?
