Cheney flip flops on his own speech at Westminster
Well honestly it's not so much as a flip flop as it is making a statement look like a lie which is a lie within itself. By RW standards it would be a flip flop though.

Cheney said

Four years later, in the fall of 2002, Senator Kerry wrote in an op-ed piece that, before America took any action against Iraq, President Bush should first go to the Congress for support, then go to the U.N. Security Council to seek enforcement of the resolutions, and then give an ultimatum to Saddam Hussein. President Bush, of course, did all of those things. And in the congressional vote, Senator Kerry was among those who favored military action if Saddam Hussein refused to comply with U.N. demands.

So here Cheney says that Kerry supported military action only if Saddam refused to comply with U.N demands. Despite the fact that he is a rat scumbag, he was in fact complying with weapons inspectors before Bush ordered them pulled out to make way for war.

Therefore Kerry's vote in the UN, even according to Cheney was one which called for military action ONLY AS A LAST RESORT not as an ok to invade immediately before inspectors had a chance to wrap up the search for WMD's.

So after this Cheney says

To the neutral observer, looking at these examples from Senator Kerry's record, would assume that the Senator actually supported military action against Saddam Hussein. The Senator himself now tells us otherwise. In January this year, he was asked on TV if he was "one of the anti-war candidates." He replied, "I am." He now says he was voting in October, 2002 only to, quote, "threaten the use of force," not actually to use force.

Well voting for war only as a last resort as Cheney himself said in the last paragraph could point to Kerry being anti-war in the sense that he only wanted war as a last resort.

So Cheney is accusing Kerry of supporting military action as a last resort, then trying to make it sound like he didn't support military action, then he claims Kerry is trying to wiggle his way into the anti-war crowd.

Nice try Sneerboy, but you just buffooned yourself and anybody with a half a mind will catch your little "flip flop" here as one minute trying to paint Kerry as a person who authorized your dirty little war then tried to protest it.
