Are Bill Simon and Peter Uberoth running?
Edited on Fri Aug-08-03 03:16 PM by jiacinto
I heard that on CNN. If so, who is Uberoth exactly? Is he a Republican? And are Arianna and Michael H on good terms at all? Would Issa's supporters support Arnold?

1. he used to be baseball commissioner
and he was in charge of the 84 Olympics in LA.

He's a Republican.

Michael Huffington endorsed Ahnuld

Issa's people will probably go to McClintock or Simon.

They are the only two conservatives so far in the race. The conservatives are ripping Ahnuld a new one because he's pretty socially moderate to liberal

3. well, as the resident electoral expert maybe you'd want to take stab
at that question.

the electorate and elected officials CA are overwhelmingly liberal and democrat. in fact driving thru CA in Febuary i was listening to a pacifica radio show going into how impotent the repub. party was at the state level in CA.

last polling data i heard on pacifica this morning showed cruz bustamonte leading all legit candidates.

i think arnold would have his nuts handed to him.
