Parents Of Accused Reservist On Today Show...They Have Evidence...
This morning, one of the accused reservist's parents appeared with Campbell Brown on the Today Show. They held up a 3 inch stack of e-mails and letters they have in which, according to them, their son names names and provides times and dates.

Campbell Brown, basically ignored what they showed and didn't follow up. She should have asked if they could have access to those documents. Somebody better get them before John Ashcroft confiscates them.

I have a hunch this is much broader and pervasive than we know and that the contractors, maybe Haliburton, who were hired to do interrogation were cutting Geneva Convention corners to say the least.

According to them, their son was told "there are no rules," "do the best you can" and "we don't want to hear it."

This evidence must be preserved.

1. I look for the GOPers to punish the whistleblowers instead of...
the bastards who did this! When are the American people going to DEMAND REAL JUSTICE?

4. Wake Up America!

What will it take for this country to realize that this stuff starts in the WH . GWB would have approved of doing anything to "get these terrorists" to be humiliated.

Let the real trial begin-first witness, GWB

2. they need to make sure this all becomes public.
This is something someone needs to jump in on. Make no mistake about it..this is a major major failing in how we are running things in the miltary.

3. is is the military doing it
they softened it and talked about it a while ago, how far they could go in torture to bring the information quite a while ago. it just wasnt picked up until the picture comes out to visually see what they were talking

what amazes me is the continual being caught thru pictures. you would think absolutely not but in arrogance they provide the evidence. and all the threads on this, seeing the integrity of a few soldiers continously not liking and speaking out and showing, so pat them on the back

5. There's a quote attributed to this Frederick guy somewhere on DU.
I saw it this morning and can't remember where. It's from someone else's statement. The Frederick guy doesn't come out looking that good; not the innocent bystander.

6. This whole thing destroys
any semblance of credibility that we may have had left in this world.

We are witnessing the end of a once great nation. I still can't believe that a small group of white men could totally destroy America in 3 short years.

It's time for this to stop. Games over. This isn't a stain on a blue dress, this is a case of multiple, serious war crimes and the problem goes all the way to the top.

7. Mission accomplished
This administration and their enablers are helping Bin Laden fulfill his goal of destroying this country. It is both ironic and sad to witness those in power abuse their authority with the support of the ignorant and easily manipulated, and fundamentally alter this nation from one founded "for the people" to one for the wealthy.

Unless we recapture the presidency in November, our government will resemble those of third world countries, where justice is corrupted and administered in favor of those with the biggest bank accounts. What is disheartening is that so many people don't recognize or choose to ignore the direction these incompetents are taking this country.
