1. I Think
Right now both candidates have an asbolutely equal chance. There's just too many unknowns this far from the election.

2. Kerry will win decisively but will never take the oath as president.
I may sound like a hopeless cynic but I cant see the bu$h administration giving up their power because of election results. I'll spare you my doomsayer predictions.

3. A couple points...
Chimpy has already burned through an enormous chunk of his money...and dropped in the polls. Most money people didn't get rich by backing losing investments.

Chimpy has already used the 9/11 appeal...and looked like an insensitive idiot exploiting the dead. The Bush campaign is already reduced to preposterous rubbish like "Medalgate" and it isn't even July fourth.

June 30th is not likely to be a magic date when everything turns happy in Iraq. Nor will the troops be able to pull out then.

All negative attacks are not going to work for an incumbent....but there's not much in the way of accomplishment for pResident to talk about. And a lot of the crap he's pulled, from "Mission Accomplished" to the "Charlie McCarthy" hearings, have not played well with middle America...nor are they likely to smell better. Real leaders don't have to play dress-up...or need somebody to hold their hand.

Chimpy has yet to get past his convention, which is liable to be a very ugly scene in NYC. Protests against the convention are likely to garner more attention than the convention itself.

5. I am very confident. IF (and that is a big IF) all of the votes are
allowed to be counted and there aren't some Republicans punching extra holes in paper ballots so that they are considers overvotes and don't get counted. Or if a person votes on an electronic voting machine votes for Democrats aren't changed to Republican votes.
These people in charge of our country will try every trick in the book in order to stay in power and all of us Democrats had better remember this and not allow this to happen.
ELECT KERRY 2004!!!!
