Have you been following Clinton's administration's comments in the years since 9/11?

Clinton made Bin Laden a major priority but Bush dropped the ball and didn't make terrorism a priority until after 9/11.

Clinton was constantly working on ways to keep America safe while Bush was working on ways to get more vacation and trying to find a reason to attack Iraq.
