My thought on 'torture scandal'.

I finally saw these picture. I usually avoid looking at these typ of pictures till I feel I really have to see them. Typically, when I saw any brutality photo, I first felt sadness.

This time, they made me sick and very worried. What bothers me most is that it seems very systematic. The torture technic is too sophisticated for 'interrogation just went to far'.

This is evil. Behind these solders who actully did the work, seriouly evil and amoral minds are existing.

Now I really see the example of real 'evil people' related to Bush/Chenny connection. This is a kind of people who would to the same thing to anybody.

I am very scared and disgusted.

Don't think that this only happens in Iraq. There are plenty of sick fucks running our prison system.

Hopefully, this will eventually get at these private armies that incited this behavior. They believe that they are above the law...hopefully, they are not.

These are supposed Christians. Bush* is the great Christian Leader. Christ wants us to torture so Haliburton can get rich and support the GOP. Christ says "fuck them ragheads" don't you remember from his teachings. I distinctly remember those exact words from his Sermon on the Mount.

at the end of the 60 min piece, they mentioned how 60 min had known of this for quite some time also, but were sitting on the story, trying to get cooperation from the state dept. IIRC. when other media started getting the story, they finally got interviews with kimmet etc. i see that as a damage control move, they cooperate with 60 min, and the breaking story is watered down a bit, i wonder what they couldn't show us pictures of if this is what we could see?

i'm having a tough time figureing it all out, this story has taken a lot of heat off other things, like wilson's book. i seen who he named in my right wing local paper, but haven't noticed it on DU yet?

it just seems to stink of calculated risk. i'm scared the odds are in their favor. with the bogus rape porn pics, and now the rumor that the british torture pic might be fake, it's looking worse. i just don't know.

They are being shown around the world. The Muslim countries will never forgive or forget what they are being shown. Terrorism is now officially here to stay. Thanks Bush*. I would not like to be an American traveling abroad. The world has never been a safe place but Americans used to be liked by most people. I'm sad to say that is no longer the case. Americans are despised now in more countries than ever before and it is the blame of Bush* and the fascist Republican Party.
